KCBC Mission & Values

The Kootenay Covenant Bible Camp exists to provide summer camping for children age 8 to 12. We believe in the Bible, both Old and New Testaments to be the Word of God and the only perfect rule for faith, teaching and conduct. The purpose of the camp is to provide a healthful camping environment for instruction of children, young people and adults in spiritual matters, seeking to impress the need to accept Jesus Christ as personal Saviour with guidelines for living the Christian life. The Kootenay Covenant Bible Camp is a ministry of the Nelson Evangelical Covenant Church, a recognized charitable organization and its work is carried out without purpose of gain or profit for its members. Any monetary or other assets are used solely for the promotion of its objectives. The Kootenay Covenant Bible Camp is associated with the www.covchurch.ca

Ways to Support KCBC

Camperships

Provide a scholarship for a camper

We want everyone who wants to come to KCBC to be able to. We rely on the generosity of our community to provide camperships for kids who otherwise couldn’t afford camp.

Prayer Team

Your Prayer Matters

We believe — we know — that our prayer for KCBC means that we are giving up all we do at and for KCBC for God’s glory.

By sustained prayer for The Harbour Christian Center, for the staff, for the volunteers, for the food, for the worship, for the FUN 🙂 for everything that makes KCBC a truly wonderful experience for all of us and especially our kids, we know we are doing what we do in Our Lord’s name.
